Purpose of Meeting:   To approve a Resolution to Temporarily Consolidate Kearney Township, Precinct 1, with Echo Township, Precinct 1, for the May 6^th Special Election (Central Lake School District proposal).

The Kearney Township Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 at the Kearney Township Hall located at 4820 Aero Park Drive, Bellaire, MI on Monday, March 10, 2025 at the beginning of its regular Board Meeting at approximately 7:05 p.m. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at the Kearney Township Hall, 4820 Aero Park Drive.

 The Kearney Township Board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five (5) days notice prior to the hearing.

The Kearney Township Board of Review will hear assessment appeals on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Kearney Township Hall at 4820 Aero Park Drive, Bellaire MI 49615.  Letter appeals with support documentation must be received by Monday, March 11th, 2025. Kearney Township shall provide reasonable auxiliary aids and services for the hearing impaired and individuals with disabilities.  Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township by writing or calling the following:
