Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Pledge of allegiance.

Roll call – Valuet, Fleet, Niepoth, Hagood, Petrie. Absent – 0.

Motion by Fleet supported by Hagood to approve the agenda as amended, with the addition of Item “D” (Fireworks permit for Wolverine Fireworks at Shanty Creek) under old business, carried.

Motion by Hagood supported by Fleet to approve the November 1st minutes, carried.

Motion by Hagood supported by Valuet to approve the payment of the bills as presented, carried.

Public comment time was given. Attorney Brian Graham explained the changes that need to be made to the Blight Ordinance. He can update the 2010 version and get it back to us to approve fairly quickly.

Motion by Valuet supported by Hagood to approve having Brian Graham update the 2010 Blight Ordinance, carried.

The board discussed the furnace inspection by K+K, they will be here this week to fix the furnaces.

The board discussed the CruseCom request for a tax abatement, but the Village still has things to do in preparation.

The board discussed the Swiss Village East roads lawsuit that is currently in court.

Motion by Hagood supported by Valuet to approve Shanty Creek’s Wolverine Fireworks permit, carried.

Motion by Petrie supported by Fleet to collect the Bellaire Schools property taxes for 2017 at no charge, carried.

The board discussed the information from the Antrim County Road Commission on how much Federal or State help we may get this year..

The board discussed getting computers for the Supervisor and Treasurer.

The board discussed the Generator operation the Electrician will be here on Saturday.

Public comment time was given.

Sheriff Dan Bean gave written reports on the calls received for Kearney Township in November.
