Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.

Roll call: present- Niepoth, Fleet, Kotz, Hagood and Petrie. Absent-0

Pledge of allegiance.

No conflict of interest was noted.

Motion by Niepoth supported by Fleet to approve last month’s minutes with the correction of (the

board agreed to keep the hall rental prices the same for now). Carried.

Motion by Niepoth supported by Fleet to approve the payment of the bills as presented, carried.

Public comment: Sheriff Dan Bean reported that Steve Bratchi is retiring and he will be sorely


They have a new officer that has been there for five weeks and is doing well.

The Fire Dept. Chief brought the refurbished fire truck to show the board. They did a great job

and it cost one third of what a new truck would have cost.

Tim Hannert from the Fire Board was also here for the presentation.

Motion by Hagood supported by Petrie to accept the offer from Revolution Waste to provide a

dumpster service for $60.00 per month, carried.

The board received a memo from Brian Graham, Attorney, concerning Medical Marijuana

Provisioning Centers and Safety Compliance Facilities. There is a bill being considered in the

State Senate that could require action from the Township.

The Blight Ordinance will need corrections made before we can pass it.

Public comment: Brian Smith asked about recycling and household pickup, would there be a

surcharge. Niepoth explained that we have no plans to get into recycling at this time.
