Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.

Pledge of allegiance.

Roll call: present- Niepoth, Fleet, Kotz, Hagood, Petrie.  Absent -0.

No conflict of interest.

Motion by Niepoth, supported by Fleet to approve the agenda as presented, carried.

Motion by Hagood supported by Niepoth to approve the minutes of March 3, 2014, carried.

Motion by Fleet supported by Hagood to approve the minutes of March 19, 2014, carried.

Motion by Hagood supported by Kotz to approve the minutes of March 26, 2014, carried.

Motion by Niepoth supported by Fleet to approve payment of the bills except the bill from Goose Creek Building, carried.  The board concluded that the bill from Goose Creek should be billed to the original contractor that did the work.

Public comment time was given.

Motion by Hagood supported by Fleet to approve the liquor license transfer from the “Farm Golf Course & Restaurant” to the new owners which changed the name to “The Farm Pub & Grill”, carried.  Roll call vote: Yes- Niepoth, Fleet, Kotz, Hagood, Petrie.  No-0.  Carried.

The board received a estimate from the Antrim County Road Commission for paving Derenzy Road from Eddy School Road to M-88 where it becomes Cayuga St. at a cost of $162,918 with the Road Commission paying 10%..

Motion by Niepoth supported by Fleet to contract with Resolution Waste Solutions for our annual township clean-up day, carried

Motion by Hagood supported by Niepoth to approve the bid from Syscom Business Technologies for 3 new computers for the township, carried
